Include the account email and a concise description when an inquiry concerns an existing workspace. Do not send passwords, agent tokens, recovery codes, private workspace documents, or other credentials by email. For a suspected security issue, describe the affected surface and a safe way to reproduce it without including customer content.
Fortress Productivity, LLC operates Fortress as an online, self-service software product in the United States. It does not maintain a public walk-in office or phone support line. Email is the authoritative public contact channel, including for billing questions, account deletion requests, privacy requests, accessibility feedback, legal notices, and responsible security reports.
Agents evaluating or connecting Fortress should begin with the public setup document, then read the agent guide. The setup flow uses browser-based OAuth authorization and never requires a person to paste a Fortress token into an agent chat.
For legal notices, identify the sender and the matter clearly. For privacy or deletion requests, write from the account email when possible so ownership can be verified before data is disclosed or changed. Fortress may request additional verification when needed to protect an account or workspace.
