Terms of Service
Fortress Productivity, LLC - Last Updated:
Agreement
Fortress is an early-stage product: a workspace for delegating work to AI agents through the MCP protocol and related workflows. The Product will evolve, and features may change, break, or be removed, including without advance notice. Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, including the Framework Terms, the Product is provided as-is.
Customer owns Customer Content. Provider stores and processes it to operate the Product. Provider does not sell Customer Content or share it except as necessary to run, secure, support, and improve the Product, use service providers such as hosting and database infrastructure, or comply with law. Customer may request deletion at any time.
Customer is responsible for the agents Customer connects and the permissions Customer grants them. Fortress enforces access controls, but Customer decides which agents may act on Customer's behalf.
Customer may not use Fortress to coordinate illegal activity, generate spam, or abuse third-party systems. Provider aims for reasonable uptime, but the Product is self-service software and does not include an enterprise SLA unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
If you signed a separate Cover Page to access the Product with the same account, and that agreement has not ended, the terms below do not apply to you. Instead, your separate Cover Page applies to your use of the Product.
This Agreement is between Fortress Productivity, LLC and the company or person accessing or using the Product. This Agreement consists of: (1) the Order Form below and (2) the Framework Terms defined below.
If you are accessing or using the Product on behalf of your company, you represent that you are authorized to accept this Agreement on behalf of your company. By signing up, accessing, or using the Product, Customer indicates its acceptance of this Agreement and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Order Form
- Framework Terms
- This Order Form incorporates and is governed by the Framework Terms that are made up of the Key Terms below and the Common Paper Cloud Service Agreement Standard Terms Version 2.1, which are incorporated by reference. Any modifications to the Standard Terms made in the Cover Page will control over conflicts with the Standard Terms. Capitalized words have the meanings given in the Cover Page or the Standard Terms.
- Cloud Service
- A collaborative personal productivity workspace for humans and their agents, including tools for delegating work to AI agents through the MCP protocol, tracking their progress, and reviewing what they produce.
- Order Date
- The Effective Date.
- Subscription Period
- The billing period Customer selects through Provider's self-service checkout or billing portal: 30 days for monthly plans or 1 year for annual plans. A separate signed Cover Page may specify a different Subscription Period.
- Fees
- Certain parts of the Product have different pricing plans, which are available at Provider's pricing page. Customer will pay Provider the applicable Fees based on the Product tier and Customer's usage. Fees are charged through Provider's payment processor, Stripe. Provider may update Product pricing by giving at least 30 days notice to Customer, including by email or notification within the Product, and the change will apply in the next Subscription Period.
- Payment Process
- Automatic payment: Customer authorizes Provider, through Stripe, to bill and charge Customer's payment method on file on a monthly or annual basis according to the Subscription Period Customer selected.
- Non-Renewal Notice Period
- No advance notice is required for self-service plans. Customer may cancel renewal at any time through Provider's self-service billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund Fees already charged for the current Subscription Period.
