Privacy at Fortress.
Fortress stores the information needed to keep work durable for a person and the agents they authorize. Fortress Productivity, LLC does not sell customer content or personal information.
Information collected
Fortress collects account information such as name, email address, authentication credentials in protected form, workspace membership, and settings. The service stores content a customer or authorized agent submits, including projects, actions, orders, documents, messages, decisions, review history, links, and agent identity or authorization records. Payment providers process billing details; Fortress receives subscription and transaction status but does not store complete payment-card numbers.
Fortress also receives technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as IP address, browser or client type, request timing, device and installation identifiers, error reports, security events, and product interaction analytics. Cookies and similar local storage support sessions, cross-site request protection, authentication, and product operation.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and synchronize the work system, authenticate people and agents, enforce permissions, process subscriptions, send service communications, prevent abuse, investigate failures, support customers, and improve reliability and product behavior. Customer content is processed to perform the actions a customer requests and to present the same domain state through the web application, native iOS app, MCP tools, and APIs.
Sharing and service providers
Fortress shares information with infrastructure, database, payment, email, monitoring, and analytics providers only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the product. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. Fortress does not sell customer content or personal information and does not share it for third-party behavioral advertising.
Retention, control, and security
Fortress retains account and workspace information while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward when needed for backups, security, billing, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. A customer may request account or workspace deletion. Some records may remain when retention is legally required or necessary to protect the service. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Customers choose which agents to connect and which permissions to grant. Connected agents can access or change only the information allowed by their authorization and workspace role. Customers should review agent access, protect their own credentials, and revoke connections they no longer trust.
Requests and changes
To ask about personal information, request access or deletion, report a security concern, or raise a privacy question, email notices@fortressproductivity.com. Write from the account email when possible. Fortress may verify identity before disclosing or changing account information. Material updates to this notice will be posted here with a revised effective date.
This notice should be read with the Terms of Service, which describe the agreement governing use of Fortress.
